We are looking for a motivated Installer that will focus on the residential and commercial unit installations. This will include removing and installing residential and light commercial systems. 1-800-Plumber +Air is very customer focused in providing a high quality customer experience for each of our customers.

The ideal candidate must be a team player but also be able to work independently. This position requires a friendly and positive attitude toward our customers and co-workers.
Requirements:
- Must have a current driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass Pre and Post employment drug screenings.
- 3+ years of experience
Job Description:
We are a reputable and growing plumbing company seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial settings. You will be responsible for installing piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing-related equipment in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install water, gas, and drainage systems in new and existing buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, tubs, and water heaters
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper functionality
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other tradespeople on-site
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumbing installer.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have own hand tools, power tools (specialty tools provided)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces
- Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing installation
- Familiarity with modern plumbing technologies (PEX, tankless systems, etc.)
Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
