This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn the HVAC trade through hands-on experience. HVAC or ductwork knowledge is helpful, but it is not required, and you do not need to be a certified HVAC technician to apply.

We’re looking for someone dependable, attentive to detail, willing to learn, and committed to treating customers with honesty and respect.

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Installer Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to:

  • Assist with the safe installation of HVAC equipment
  • Help install and work with ductwork
  • Learn proper tools, materials, and installation procedures
  • Prepare and maintain clean, organized jobsites
  • Follow company safety and quality standards
  • Provide customers with a professional experience
  • Develop the skills needed to build a long-term HVAC career

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
