What You’ll Do
- Diagnose residential plumbing problems
- Complete repairs and service work safely and efficiently
- Clearly explain recommended solutions to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service on every call
- Document completed work using company systems
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Represent the company with honesty and integrity
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed plumber or currently preparing to take the licensing exam
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to safely perform regular physical labor
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Willingness to learn and quickly apply new skills
- Dependable, professional, and career-focused attitude
